This course will help you understand the dimensions to  being result focused.  You will learn the personal resources you need (characteristics or traits, we refer to them as leadership orientations), the importance of result focus and getting better at taking things to a closure.

Being result focused especially in volatility, ambiguity, complexity and uncertainty is a function of leadership. The course will help you gain insights with a new lens  to leadership. It will  help you become aware where you stand  in being result focused. 

Leadership generates outcomes or results only when thoughts and emotions direct action towards closure. Leadership which fails to achieve results will fail to qualify as leadership at all. Outcome-based focus coupled with an undying commitment to the mission is a key to closure orientation. This course helps you developing the  leadership orientations  of Result Focus / closure.
