1. How much time does it take to access products/services I order?

Usually access to products / services on-line will be soon after your payment has been processed by the Payment Gateway service provider. Where a product or service requires you to coordinate and schedule an electronic media enabled interaction, the same may be accessed on the date & time as scheduled and confirmed.

2. My order has failed but my money has been debited from my account. Now what should I do?

Please e-mail us on with your purchase order number or the (Payment Gateway) transaction ID. We will immediately process the order so that you get your product as soon as possible.

3. How can I track my order status?

You will receive the mail regarding your order and where applicable, tracking id will be provided. Also, you may visit order history page to see tracking details of your order. Click Order History in your dashboard for details.

4. How can I cancel or change my order?

Just drop an email to with the reference number of your purchase order. Wherever applicable (in case we have not shipped it yet), we will cancel your order. Alternatively, you will have to send the details to us and we will offer you a refund or exchange.

5. Does Leadership Centre provide cash on delivery?

We do not offer cash on delivery (COD).

6. Do you accept returns?

As our products / services are electronic in nature and access is granted soon as your payment is received/recorded, return of a product / service is not enabled. However, if you wish to cancel an order after effecting payment, you may do so prior to viewing / downloading / consuming the product / service purchased within 15 days (from the date of purchase and payment).

7. I have paid via netbanking/debit/credit card, how will I get refund?

We shall be refunding the money back into the same account via which you have paid for your purchase on Leadership Centre.
