Rafiya Mukadam, a leadership consultant and facilitator, is a founding member of Kautilya Leadership Centre, who has in past 10 years contributed through designing from first principles, facilitating leadership development initiatives for middle to senior leaders across industries and building the digital learning platform for the organisation.
Rafiya Mukadam brings 15 years of experience across leadership consulting, providing HR services and content creation. She consults clients across industries in the areas of performance, talent assessment, capability building and culture shaping. She has worked extensively in building capabilities at the mid management level that enhance their performance. Over the years, she has created an impact with more than 300 facilitation days. She has worked on designing profiling tools (psychometry), building case studies, webcasts and other learning aids for over 50 client organisations.
She has conceptualised and project managed the organisation’s digital learning journey by bringing her experience of the classroom to visualise, design, and build the online platform that enhances the learning experience and deepens learning impact. Her experience spans working on business strategy, content development, product management; technology integration, and client relationship management that she meaningfully applies in co-creating learning solutions for institutions and individuals.
She has been a key member contributor towards the creation of contextually relevant and high-quality leadership development solutions. Her strength lies in facilitation, learning program design, content development, and relationship management, with a consistent focus on creating thoughtful and effective experiences.
In her previous stints she has worked with TCS and a boutique organisation on content-led projects and specialist hiring assignments.
Rafiya holds a Master of Management Studies in Human Resources from Mumbai University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Mumbai University.
