Diju Shali Dangwal

Diju Shali Dangwal brings a unique blend of financial acumen and people-centric expertise to her role as Practice Head at Kautilya Leadership Centre. Her career began at ICICI Bank Ltd., where she built deep expertise in customer relationship management, branch operations, process re-engineering, and team leadership. Diju played a pivotal role in several industry-first initiatives, including the rollout of Six Sigma processes across ICICI Bank branches as National Team Leader, and was part of the pioneering SWIFT (Structured Workplace Induction & Functional Training) trainers’ team—an initiative that transformed branch service levels and enhanced workplace readiness for new banking professionals. She also led technology projects from concept to implementation, and as Head of Customer Service, drove business growth, enhanced service delivery, and mentored high-performing teams.

After a career break to raise her children, Diju transitioned to the leadership development sector and joined Kautilya Leadership Centre as Practice Head. She is recognized for co-creating leadership program designs in close partnership with client organizations, ensuring each intervention is tailored and delivers measurable results. Diju’s collaborative approach and commitment to excellence have advanced the organization’s knowledge business, and she has demonstrated strong project management skills in building and developing the company’s learning facility.

Diju holds an Honours degree in Commerce from Delhi University and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
