Diju Shali Dangwal

Diju brings over twelve years of experience in Banking Industry. Her experience in ICICI Bank, where she began her career in 1997, spans Retail Banking, Branch banking, Operations, Customer service, Quality Initiatives, Process re-engineering, training and capability building.

Diju was a part of several industry first initiatives such as roll out of Six Sigma processes across ICICI Bank branches as National Team Leader. She was also a part of the initial team of SWIFT (Structured Workplace Induction & Functional Training) trainers an initiative that transformed Branch service levels and the work place readiness for new to bank/banking freshers. As the National Team Leader for Process Quality, and eventually as the Head of Customer Service at ICICI Bank, Diju led various technology projects from concept to implementation.

Diju is an honours graduate in Commerce from the Delhi University and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.

Diju took a career break to raise her children. She joined Leadership Centre as Practice Head – Leadership Online in 2019.
