Practice Head - Leadership Development
Diju Shali Dangwal, brings nearly two decades of professional experience spanning Retail Banking and Leadership Development, combining a unique blend of financial acumen and people-centric expertise.
Over the past seven years with the organization, she has played a key role in building the company website, co-creating customized Leadership Programs, facilitating sessions aligned to organizational needs, and managing enhancement and extension projects for the Kautilya Learning Facility at Khopoli. Her work reflects strong project management capabilities across both digital platforms and physical infrastructure.
In her current role as Practice Head, Diju is recognized for her collaborative working style and commitment to quality. She shapes value propositions for Leadership Programs, builds long-term client relationships, and leads program design, delivery, and facilitation with rigor and depth. She oversees the company’s financial operations, ensuring discipline, governance, and alignment with business objectives. In addition, she has end-to-end accountability for the Learning Facility, ensuring operational excellence, quality standards, and a consistently high-impact learning environment.
Prior to this role, Diju spent over a decade at ICICI Bank, where she progressed through multiple functions including Retail Banking, Branch Banking, Operations, Customer Service, Quality Initiatives, Process Re-engineering, Training, and Capability Building. She led the nationwide rollout of Six Sigma as National Team Leader and contributed to the SWIFT (Structured Workplace Induction Functional Training) program, which significantly improved branch service levels. She also led process improvement initiatives from concept to implementation in her roles as National Team Leader for Process Quality and Head of Customer Service.
Diju holds an Honours degree in Commerce from Delhi University and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
