Leadership Orientation - Closure
Leadership generates outcomes or achievements only when thoughts and emotions direct action towards closure. Leadership which fails to achieve results will fail to qualify as leadership at all. Outcome-based focus coupled with an undying commitment to the mission is a key to closure orientation.
Closure has to happen and it has to identified whether it happened or was it brought upon or caused. If the closure has come by chance it's not a closure. A leader- thankfully not playing the game- essentially is in the best position to see where exactly things are going wrong. He can thus identify not what but why things are going wrong.
