  • Consulting needs of Individuals

    Individuals aspiring to discover their leadership styles and get better at it, seek the expertise of Leadership Centre in areas such as decoding their reports and individual mentoring. Depending on the profile of the aspirant, Leadership Centre assigns a chosen expert to work with the individuals in their specific needs. The areas elucidated are indicative.   • Expert Consulting

    Clients draw upon Leadership Centre expertise when the Boards appoints a new CEO or the CEO appoints a new leadership team. We work with the leaders/ leadership team in settling down in their roles, deal with transition challenges and play the role of a sounding board. This often involves Leadership Centre dedicating one of the experts in the organization work with the individuals on One-on-One mentoring. MNC clients who choose a local CEO or move their CEOs into India find value in an expert working with the CEOs in their role transition and settling down needs and for acting as a coach on a continuous basis. In the other consulting assignments, Expert consulting is sought by clients in decoding the profiler reports, Behavioral Event Interviews and constructing, administering and assisting the CEO with 360 and other similar instruments. This extends to consulting for building a custom instrument to fit the organization context and helping with reports for taking decisions involving Right Fit for leadership roles, Career Progressions and such significant interventions.

  • Human Resources Capability Building

    We work with client’s Human Resources team by advising, consulting and building capability in them in order to deliver business value. We consult on the design of policy and processes and build the content capability needed in the team to institutionalize them.

  • Shaping Culture

    ‘Culture eats strategy for breakfast, lunch and dinner’ – Peter Drucker. Culture is the common behaviours of a group that differentiates it from others. We assist clients to define and review their culture, given their strategy. We facilitate teams and organisations to get clarity on the culture that would support the strategy. We thereafter facilitate formalising the cultural anchors and the behaviours that underpin them. The work progresses with getting the individual’s and the leaders to review their own behaviour against the organisation’s cultural framework and support them to renegotiate and align their behaviours. We further assist the socialisation and adoption by building in-house capability to shape & sustain the culture thereby establishing the culture frame work that becomes the ‘Operating System’ of the client organization. Culture consulting engagement also includes our conducting workshops to help CEOs bring about alignment of the team and sign off on the behavioural indicators.

  • Talent Assessment

    We support organisations to identify and develop their talent pool based on their leadership competency framework. We work with the organisation’s existing framework if one exists already. We also help develop or refine the competency framework specific to the organisation’s context. We advise and consult clients with respect to framing the policy and process for talent pool identification, create the assessment tool drawn from the competencies for statistical and qualitative data collection, build capability in the HR team and specific line managers to use our reports and assess the aspirant on leadership maturity. In some cases, for the identified Talent Pool, Leadership Centre co-creates the design for the leadership development initiative based on the development areas established through the assessment process.
